Cloud ERP recently added this excellent feature wherein your single click can inform the customer about the status of their Product shipment

Let us understand how to notify your customer using Cloud ERP System

Step 1
To initiate the shipping process, the first step is to inform the shipping vendor about the order, to place the pick order click on Generate Shipping Quotes Services

Step 2
Check the Pick request is placed properly and accept shipping service to get the Label

Step 3
After accepting, click on send shipping Mail. (This will open email wizard)

Step 4
Click on Send to successfully send email to your customer

Finally, this is how the Customer would see your sent Email.
